Terms of use

These terms govern your use of Kasynga, at kasynga.com and in the app. By requesting early access, creating an account or using Kasynga, you agree to them. If you use Kasynga for an organisation, you agree on its behalf and confirm you may.

Who we are

Kasynga is operated by Numstack Pty Ltd, a private company registered in South Africa, with its physical address at 173 Oxford Rd, Rosebank, Johannesburg, 2196, South Africa. You can reach us at hello@kasynga.com. These details are given as section 43 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 requires.

Early access

Kasynga is in early access. That means

• it is free while early access runs, and we will give you clear notice before anything you use carries a charge;
• features change, some described on our site are still being built, and we may add, change or remove features as we go;
• we let teams in a few at a time, and a request for early access does not guarantee a place.

Your account

You must be 18 or over. Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Your content

What you put into Kasynga stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the service for you and your team. When your content includes information about other people, such as the members of your team, you are responsible for having a lawful basis under the Protection of Personal Information Act to collect and use it, and for telling them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle it as your operator.

Agents and automations

Agents and automations act on the instructions, schedules and permissions you set, and reach people through the channels you choose. Review what they will do before you allow it. AI features can produce mistakes, so check anything important before you rely on it.

Acceptable use

Do not use Kasynga to

• break the law, or infringe anyone's rights, including their privacy;
• send messages people have not agreed to receive;
• upload anything harmful, such as malware, or try to get into accounts or systems that are not yours;
• overload, copy or resell the service.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Other services

Kasynga can connect to services such as Slack and Google. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Availability

We work to keep Kasynga running and your information safe, but during early access we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by things outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending your use

You may stop using Kasynga at any time, and close your account by writing to hello@kasynga.com. We may end early access, or end our service to you on reasonable notice. After an account closes, we delete its content as set out in our privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will update the date at the top and tell account holders about any change that matters before it takes effect. If you keep using Kasynga after that, the new terms apply.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction. If you have a complaint, write to us first and we will try to resolve it.
